Return of Goods (Withdrawal from the Contract)

  1. If you are purchasing as a consumer, you may withdraw from the purchase contract. In short, this means the contract is “cancelled” – you return the goods to us, and we refund your money. The following rules apply to such withdrawal.
  2. Withdrawal is not possible for certain types of goods due to their nature. These include goods that, for example:
    • are perishable or have a short shelf life,
    • have been irreversibly combined with other products after delivery,
    • were custom-made or tailored to your personal needs,
    • were delivered in a sealed package and cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once the seal is broken.
  1. In all other cases, you may return the goods within 30 days of receiving them – either personally or by an authorized person (excluding the shipping provider). If the goods were delivered in parts, this period begins with the last part; for regular deliveries, from the first one.
  2. You may examine the goods within the 30 days (regarding their nature, characteristics, and functionality). Please handle them carefully and appropriately – only as necessary for such examination. For instance, if a sample is included, test the product using the sample.
  3. Within 30 days, notify us in any way that you wish to return the goods (i.e., withdraw from the contract or part of it).
  4. You may use our withdrawal form, although it's not required.
  5. Please provide your order number, purchase date, bank details, and preferred method of refund. You do not need to state a reason for withdrawal.
  6. After you hand over or prove dispatch of the goods back to us, we will promptly refund the amount corresponding to the product price and paid delivery costs. By law, we may refund only the cost of the cheapest delivery option available in our e-shop.
  7. We will refund you using the same method as your original payment unless you specify otherwise.
  8. The refund will be issued without undue delay, no later than 14 days after your withdrawal. However, we may delay the refund until we receive the goods or proof of their return – whichever comes first.
  9. Please send or return the goods to our address no later than 14 days after your withdrawal.
  10. The goods must be complete and not modified, worn, or damaged. We have the right to assess the condition and deduct any loss in value caused by inappropriate handling or excessive testing.
  11. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  12. If you withdraw from the purchase of goods that included a gift, the gift was sent under a so-called “resolutory condition”: this means the gift agreement is also terminated. Please return the gift with the goods unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to offset any damage from the refund amount.
